RECIPE: Heart and Gut Friendly Breakfast Bowl

A bowl packed full of all the nutrients your body needs! Probiotics, fibre, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals

Chia seeds, oats, cacao nibs, berries, coconut and yoghurt with a squeeze of honey/maple syrup or whichever sweetener 'tickles your fancy' - this tastes like a frozen dessert for breakfast

Here's my very simple recipe...

Ingredients (this depends on how much you personally want, but this is what I like)

2 ½ tbsp. Coyo yoghurt

2 tbsp. low sugar granola or oats

3 tbsp frozen berries (I like blueberries and raspberries)

1 tbsp coconut flakes

1 tsp bee pollen

½ tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp cacao nibs

½ tbsp sweetener e.g. honey/maple syrup

Method

Mix everything together really well and enjoy
