We all get a little bit stressed and overwhelmed now and again, it's normal unfortunately. However, if you know you've got a lot going on, or you're going through a 'testing' time, this is a nice blend to have in an oil burner or vaporiser throughout your home to help calm the mood...
WHAT YOU NEED
Grapefruit Essential Oil
Mandarin Essential Oil
Coconut Or Sweet Almond Oil (optional)
10ml amber glass bottle (optional)
HOW TO MAKE
2 options...
Option 1 - Create a blend to add to an oil burner or vaporiser by adding 3-5 drops of each oil into the well of your burner and fill with water. (This all depends on the size of the well and how strong you like it)
Option 2 - Create an oil blend to apply to your pulse points throughout the day.
To make a 10ml pulse point blend...
Fill a 10ml amber bottle with your carrier oil (I like coconut or sweet almond oil as they have very little odour)
Add 3 drops of mandarin essential oil and 2 drops of grapefruit essential oil
Shake well and apply 2 drops to each of your pulse points throughout the day
I hope this helps. There are so many ways to help manage stress levels, if in doubt just go for a nice walk in the outdoors. Get some fresh air, focus on breathing and try and clear your mind.
