SKINCARE: How Dairy Affects Your Skin

I'm sure we know that diary is not the best food to be eating. Our bodies really struggle to digest it, plus a lot of people have allergies to it. I know that I am definitely intolerant if not allergic so I choose not to eat anything creamy like milk or cream.

How does it affect our skin though? You would be surprised how dairy can have such a massive impact!
