I somehow manage to get frozen banana and mango into my life on a daily basis in Summer. For the last few days, I've been having smoothie bowls with all the frozen tropical fruit I can find. I love it and with some Coyo coconut yoghurt, I could literally feel like I'm on a desert island!
This though, is the smoothie version of the smoothie bowls I have daily. It's super rich and creamy and yet it doesn't taste too sickly. It's quick, simple and will keep your belly full right through till lunch!
WHAT YOU NEED:
1 cup Rude Health Coconut Drink
1/2 cup of water (or more depending on the consistency you like)
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen mango
2-3 tbsp Coyo coconut yoghurt
1 tbsp almond butter
2-3 tbsp of my homemade granola (or any pre-made granola you prefer)
METHOD:
Blitz everything together in a blender and pour into a glass
Top with granola and serve
